FLEX 3-Year Warranty

FLEX offers an extended 3-year warranty when eligible products are registered within 30 days of purchase.

To activate your extended warranty:

1. Visit the FLEX Warranty Registration page.

2. Register your FLEX product within 30 days of purchase.

3. Select the 3-year warranty option from the service menu.

4. Follow the confirmation email from FLEX to complete registration and obtain your warranty certificate.

The FLEX extended warranty includes eligible cordless machines, chargers and 12V / 18V batteries.

FLEX batteries are covered for up to 700 charging cycles, subject to FLEX's warranty terms and successful product registration.

We recommend retaining your proof of purchase and warranty registration certificate for any future warranty claim.
