GENERAL

This website transacts in £GBP & we ship internationally. All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative or a full refund offered. If we are only able to fulfil part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made. This excludes pre-orders. Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us. Your Agreement with www.mycarcleaning.co.uk These Terms and Conditions along with our Invoice Constitute the agreement between you and us relating to the provision of goods you have offered to purchase. These conditions supersede all other proposals both aural and written. Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase. This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order offer will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method. Payments are secure, and are handled by Paypal.

DELIVERY

We aim to delivery all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, which may cause delays. (UK) Delivery times usually take 2 to 5 Working Days and 3 to 5 Working Days during Peak Times for Regular Shipping. Please note Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are not classed as working days and orders will not be sent out or delivered on Bank Holiday and Public Holidays. Orders placed before 2pm for Next Day Delivery will be sent out on the same day Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday for Next Day Delivery will be sent out on Monday. Please note Next Day Delivery is a working day service only, deliveries will not arrive on Saturday & Sunday, this also extends to Bank Holiday and Public Holidays. (International) 7-10 working days, in some instances this may be longer due to customs, we are not responsible for delays out of our control.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, as no form may result in taking longer to process the return. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note – The above information relates only to returns on good purchased through the www.mycarcleaning.co.uk website.

Promotional items included in orders must be returned. Whether this has been included free of charge or with any offer at time of purchase. 

Other Important Information in relation to Returns:

Faulty Items: Faulty Items must be reported within 30 days of purchase. If you believe your item is faulty please follow the returns methods above. Faulty items will be investigated by our team in-store, some items may need to be sent away to manufacturers. In respect to this we cannot provide any time frames on investigations. If the item is deemed as faulty, the item will be replaced or refunded including carriage. If the item is deemed not faulty, the item will be sent back to the delivery address recorded, carriage fees will be applied where necessary.

Missing Items: Missing Items must be reported immediately, if a missing item has not been reported within 7 days of delivery we can not assist further. If you have received a missing item report it via support@mycarcleaning.co.uk

Damaged Items & Leaks: Although we package items as best as possible from time to time items may be received damaged through 3rd party couriers. If you have received a damaged item please DO NOT discard the item until you have contacted us. It is very important to take photographs to ensure there is evidence to build a case for the order.  Damaged and leaking items must be reported immediately, if an item has not been reported within 7 days of delivery we can not assist further. Warranties: Due to the nature of the products we offer, there is no warranty on any items unless stated otherwise. Any warranties offered are solely with the manufacturer of the item and we can not be responsible for warranty claims. These conditions extend to in-store purchases as well. Promotional Items: These must be returned, whether this has been included free of charge or with any offer at time of purchase. 

Incorrect Delivery: If the address entered at checkout is incorrect and the order has already despatched, a re-delivery fee will incur to redeliver the order to the correct address. If at this point the order is to be cancelled, carriage fees will be applied to the original order to cover the initial incorrect delivery. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of making payment. If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us via email – support@mycarcleaning.co.uk

The My Car Cleaning mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by My Car Cleaning (“My Car Cleaning”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to My Car Cleaning’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of My Car Cleaning through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with My Car Cleaning. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

If you have subscribed to other My Car Cleaning mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
