Booking terms
Payment. The full price is paid online when you book. Prices include VAT.
Vehicle size. Your price is based on the vehicle size you choose. If your vehicle is a different size when you drop off, we'll agree the new price with you before we start. Any difference is paid or refunded on the day.
Cancelling or moving your booking. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 7 days before your booking, using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us, and we'll refund you in full. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking are not refundable, but get in touch and we'll always try to move your booking to another date.
Drop-off and collection. Please drop your vehicle off at our Newcastle studio from 9:30am on your booking date. We're open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6pm. We'll let you know when your vehicle is ready to collect. If you're more than 30 minutes late we may need to move your booking.
Before you arrive. Please remove personal belongings and valuables. If your vehicle needs much more work than expected (for example heavy pet hair, mould or very heavy soiling), we'll speak to you about any extra cost before doing it.
What to expect. Polishing removes most swirls and light scratches, but deep scratches, stone chips and damage through the clear coat may not be fully removable. We'll point out anything like this before we start. Ceramic-coated vehicles need gentle washing for the first 7 days while the coating cures; we'll give you aftercare advice on collection.

What's included
Protect your new car from day one. New cars often arrive with transport film residue, fallout and light swirls from dealer washing. We remove all of that, bring the paint up to a true showroom gloss and lock it in with a professional ceramic coating. Your car stays with us so the coating can cure properly.
- Safe hand wash and full decontamination to remove transport residue, iron fallout and tar
- Light gloss-enhancing machine polish to remove dealer-wash swirls and marks (no heavy correction needed on new paint)
- Panel wipe to prepare the paint for coating
- Professional ceramic coating applied to all painted surfaces

- Controlled curing time in our studio before collection
- Tyres dressed, exterior trim and glass finished
- General interior once-over, so the inside is tidy when you collect your car

A ceramic coating protects against UV, road grime, bird droppings and water spots, and gives strong water beading. It doesn't make paint scratch-proof, but it makes safe washing much easier and keeps your new car looking new for longer.
Best for: brand new and nearly new cars, ideally within the first few months of ownership.
