Booking terms
Payment. The full price is paid online when you book. Prices include VAT.
Vehicle size. Your price is based on the vehicle size you choose. If your vehicle is a different size when you drop off, we'll agree the new price with you before we start. Any difference is paid or refunded on the day.
Cancelling or moving your booking. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 7 days before your booking, using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us, and we'll refund you in full. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking are not refundable, but get in touch and we'll always try to move your booking to another date.
Drop-off and collection. Please drop your vehicle off at our Newcastle studio from 9:30am on your booking date. We're open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6pm. We'll let you know when your vehicle is ready to collect. If you're more than 30 minutes late we may need to move your booking.
Before you arrive. Please remove personal belongings and valuables. If your vehicle needs much more work than expected (for example heavy pet hair, mould or very heavy soiling), we'll speak to you about any extra cost before doing it.
What to expect. Polishing removes most swirls and light scratches, but deep scratches, stone chips and damage through the clear coat may not be fully removable. We'll point out anything like this before we start. Ceramic-coated vehicles need gentle washing for the first 7 days while the coating cures; we'll give you aftercare advice on collection.

Everything in our Maintenance Detail, plus a full deep clean of the interior. We lift the everyday grime, stains and smells from every surface so the inside feels as fresh as the outside looks.

- Deep hoover of seats, carpets, boot and every crevice, including under the seats
- Fabric seats and carpets shampooed and hot-water extracted to lift stains and dirt
- Leather seats cleaned and conditioned
- Dashboard, centre console, door cards and vents detailed with soft brushes
- Non-greasy, matt protectant on interior plastics
- Interior glass and mirrors cleaned streak-free
- Odours neutralised for a fresh finish
Some stains (such as ink, dye transfer or long-standing marks) may be reduced rather than fully removed. We'll let you know at drop-off.
Best for: family cars, pet owners, cars that haven't had an interior clean for a while, and getting a car ready to sell.
